This journal covers research on crop production, irrigation, water productivity, water management, rained agriculture, moisture management and soil and water conservation. The journal aspires to be a leading source of cutting-edge research and insights that address critical challenges, promote sustainable practices, and enhance productivity and resilience in agricultural systems in drylands. Through this, we aim to contribute significantly to global food security, environmental sustainability, and the advancement of agricultural and water science and technology specifically in drylands. Full papers and short notes, as well as review articles and book and meeting reviews are published.
